Heavy industry 4

Last one of these, I promise. This is 126 jobs -- as many as I ever expect to have running at once with my current setup.

This is slightly more than last time.

    My maximum was something like 160 jobs (out of 168). Too bad T2 ship production, similar to capitals, has shit margins right now.

    How do you get 21 slots per character? With advanced mass production at level 5 my character only has 11...
