Indy contributor: November update

Market industry is like cold war. You won't hear about your successes, nor about losses. There are no explosions, no corpses left behind your defeated competitors, no killmails. The only thing that matters is success, and the size of it. Sometimes it feels discouraging to write articles which probably wont matter to anyone, but deep in my heart I believe overnight success is the result of years of hard work. My profits should be cut to about 2/3 of my potential due to passive gameplay now, but sooner or later I will get back to work and figure out how to improve the system to more than 100 percent of previous efficiency. Read buisness books and apply them in Eve; it works.

  1. I'm curious, how long did it take you to reach a billion in sales? Are you strictly selling or is it a mix of manufacturing and selling?

With low capitalization I've been struggling to make about 50M/week (i'm not that active, too much real life). Any suggestions would be appreciated.

  2. It took me about twelve to eighteen months of figure out a way where to sell and what type of items purely from nothing. Just doing an actual profession in eve means you get idea which items do get consumed along the way. Do more professions and you get idea how the items got consumed. Stock a trade hub for year and you get idea how market works. I would first recommend to read all my posts from beginning to the end (18posts) + parasojas trade posts and you get an idea how the system got developed. I can guarantee you that after few hours of researching this topic on this blog will give you correct questions which will give you answers which you need. Your question is too wide to be answered in one sentence- this is just as good as I can go. It took me two years together to figure out the system and I think you can make it in just few days of research.

  3. And last notice, I do pure buying on Jita and selling on my trade hub- no manufacturing even though I done it in past- I actually do not leave station to do the market restock most of the time
