It means you are paying whatever subscription fees you are paying (or sinking the time to generate the ISK) so that you can continue to play with numbers on a spreadsheet, albeit a pretty one. The thrill is in seeing those numbers gradually increase, and the spreadsheets get bigger. If that ain't with $15/mo, I don't know what is. You could get the same results watering some plants you know. Spreadsheets not necessary. :)
